Countdown to kickoff - Challenge #3

Identify and Make a List of Activities and Exercises!


The best way to be successful at the 30-Day Challenges is not to "wing it."  Really sit down and think about the activities that you enjoy.  Is it a walk at lunchtime, a run around the park, or maybe even a swim at the pool.  What is you plan for June 1st?  Be sure to share you activity on the 30-Day Challenge Facebook page.


Here are some of the activities I have planned....

  • 4 mile walk/run at the park
  • walk up and down the stairs at lunch time
  • kick boxing
  • aqua zumba
