| Hide Your Scale!!! I don't recommend getting on the scale everyday. For the next 30 days, the focus is on being active, not losing weight. Don't get me wrong, I hope to see that the scale has gone done a few numbers but THIS challenge is about moving for 30 days straight, NO BREAKS!!!! For some people getting away from the "number" and paying attention to how you feel is just what is needed to give you that extra push to keep going. Keep in mind, this is YOUR challenge so if you can't live with out the scale, have at it. |
This is a 30- Day Workout Challenge. No special software, applications, or programs needed. Just a commitment to doing some type of physical, calorie/fat burning activity 30 times in the next 30 days for at least 30 minutes a day! The challenge is to go thirty whole days, working out every day. If you would like to participate, we are starting the challenge on June 1, 2011 ending June 30, 2011. Remember, each workout needs to be at least 30 minutes.
