Getting Ready: Challenge #1

Hide Your Scale!!!

I don't recommend getting on the scale everyday.  For the next 30 days, the focus is on being active, not losing weight.  Don't get me wrong, I hope to see that the scale has gone done a few numbers but THIS challenge is about moving for 30 days straight, NO BREAKS!!!!

For some people getting away from the "number"  and paying attention to how you feel is just what is needed to give you that extra push to keep going. Keep in mind, this is YOUR challenge so if you can't live with out the scale, have at it.
